Happy Father's Day Dad , Sunday June 16th, 2013 : Here @ Home In Northern Virginia Thinking Of You & What You Meant To Me, Love You, Your Son TONY

Dad, this is what I wrote today and copied and shared : the first about the FRITZ California wines that you loved, and then the second on a post I copied and shared from Betsy that wanted to be my " friend " on Facebook when I got up this morning and it was the first thing that I saw on Father's Day, today, Sunday June 16th, 2013 : so I shared it on my Facebook page and added this about you. Cheers, Love you, thanks for everything : thanks for giving me half the world, Mom gave me the other half : together you gave me the WHOLE WORLD that inspires and fires me to this day! Love, your son,  TONY   Love you both, you both have meant everything to me - one no greater than the other : BOTH ESSENTIAL to me. Love,  TONY  6/16/13

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY DAD! ... You loved these wines, I love you, I love that you have always let me be me without judgement ,,, and that you called always just to say " hello " and to chat! You know how much I love to chat, we chatted and were there for one another and for that I love you all the more! Cheers, TONY WE still sell these delightful wines that NOlan Hale brought back to my attention years ago and that Chuck just re-tasted me on this past week : LOVED the current releases at Lanterna Imports of the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and the " TO LIVE FOR - TO DREAM FOR, TO SWOON FOR " Cabernet Sauvignon ... cheers Dad, I will toast to you tonight with some salmon for dinner and some BERLUCCHI Franciacorta sparkling dry white Italian ... and I'm out to mow our verdant and hairy green sprawl of a lawn that has grass and weed and self-seed everywhere! VIBRANT : just like you and me - love you dad ... TONY More FRITZ Vineyard wines on the way to the store as we are almost out now in Northwest, Washington D.C. 20008 in Cleveland Park neighborhood at Cleveland Park Wines & Spirits. Listen to my wine podcast with
Wow Betsy, this is so beautiful and the first thought I had was of my father as well. he was a wonderful man and " let me be ", " let me grow ", " let me experience ", " let me make my own mistakes ", " let me swim with him ", " let me walk with him ", " let me buy wine with him ", " let me visit wineries with him ", " let me enjoy marvelous meals with him and my mother that my mother so often made here and abroad like in Paris, France ", " let me help him cook breakfast of eggs and bacon on the weekends " " let me ... called me and simply asked how I was, he never imposed judgements on me, never made me feel bad about myself, never questioned me and my morals, my ways, my actions, my personality ... he just always called and had interest and care in his voice and was happy to share in and be a part of my life. Cheers Betsy, cheers Dad, cheers Guy, cheers Stephen, Cheers Bill Gibson, Cheers Uncle Robert, cheers Uncle Mike, Cheers John, cheers David, Cheers Lee, cheers Zia ... cheers to all you glorious dads out there today! Hope you do not mind my sharing this and the song of Judy Collins Betsy?!? TONY I miss you all, most of all Dad, I miss you and your calls CHEERS!
